Covid 19 times...

I hope everyone is doing okay and my heart goes out to anyone that is being effected by COVID-19.

We are all of course in this weird working from home status and Jeremy Jacob Letting Specialists will officially re-open when we can do. 

We can still be contacted by phone and are certainly still attending to enquiries and helping people best as we can. We even have some new Tenants moving into flats over the next coming days / weeks and whilst this is proving to be challenging, we are confident that things will play out all okay. To note, we are able to help Tenants that urgently need to move and those that can take a property via video viewing (which prior to COVID-19 happens more than one might think). 

I would encourage us all to continue finding the positive in this slow down pace of life and seek solace in the rest gained. I am personally finding time to be introspective in a positive way. 

On the flip side, we have been assessing online video technology and working on our overall social media presence. 

Finally, I just want to applaud all of our active Tenants. They have been good as gold to date; remaining to pay their rents on time. I want to personally thank you for this.
