So what are Long Term Rentals?

Long term rentals are properties that are available on a Long Let basis. These are properties that can be rented for a minimum of 6 months or more and the average tenancy length in London is usually 24 months. Whatever tenancy term you desire, Jeremy Jacob can assist you with your needs. 

What we offer

Our properties normally come with a degree of furnishing flexibility should you require a furnished, partially furnished, or unfurnished property. Therefore you should consider this when searching through our properties (photographs and details etc). We generally advise for our Landlords to wait for any proposed furniture requirements (as every Tenant is different).
